Its powerful heater is capable of fast heat-up and recovery to help maximize production &amp; pro\ufb01ts. The convenient green indicator light lets you know when the unit has reached the requested set temperature.<br \/>\nFor total operator safety, an automatic thermal high limit shuts the fryer off in case of overheating. The heating element can be raised for easy cleaning of the frying tank.<br \/>\nThe fryer includes two 304 stainless steel wire baskets with cool touch handles so you can start cooking right away.
