CookKing CGCB heavy duty series of Gas heated radiant char broiler are designed for high volume busy operations . It’s perfect for cooking steaks, whipping up burgers, vegetables, and other delicious dishes. It offers easy-to-use independent controls so you can set each side of the char broiler to best suit your cooking tasks. Grease collection drawer covering the full width with optional smoking trays to add smoking flavors while cooking.
This heavy duty constructed char broiler series includes stainless steel front, sides, top rim and grease trough, together with heavy cast-iron char radiants & broiling grates. The heavy cast-iron grates are 5.25” wide & can be raised by reversing it for sloped position (instead of level position).
The high efficiency gas heating system include 15000 BTU/hr cast-iron burners with under-burner reflectors to direct the straying heat upwards. The unit comes standard with standing pilot flame system, front gas shut-off valve, 1/2″ rear gas connection & 4″ legs with adjustable feet.
