Our new CooKKing® Knife Sterilizer Cabinet shines a new light on equipment sterilization providing a one-of-a-kind UVC sterilization for knives and other kitchen utensils. The Knife Sterilizer Cabinet uses a premium quality 15 W UVC sanitizing lamp that eliminates 99.9% of viruses (including coronavirus), bacteria and other microorganisms.
UVC destroys the DNA of bacteria, viruses and other microorganisms and therefore killing them, in order to achieve disinfection and sterilization. Particularly, UVC can kill germs and microorganisms that are difficult to be killed by other destructive chemical-based methods, which cause strong irritant odors and leave chemical residues that could be harmful for the human body.
The UVC sterilizing light is automatically turned on when the cabinet door is closed. Our clear knife holding rack and mirrored interior walls of the cabinet efficiently reflect the UVC light within the cabinet forcing it to bounce and reach every surface; and therefore providing complete disinfection and sterilization of the
knives. Additionally, the timer can be set for up to 30 min and a recommended 5-10 min operation will provide a 99.9% sterilization of your knives.
Our unique design Knife Sterilizer Cabinet has several safety measures, to ensure a safe operation, including: indicator light showing when sterilization is in process and UVC sterilizing lamp is on; UV filtered plexiglass door that prevents the UV light from exiting the cabinet; and lockable keyed door handle providing extra security.

Operation Instructions
- Close the door (for safety, unit will not operate if door is opened).
- Set the sterilization time using the timer (5 – 10 min is recommended to achieve 99.9% sterilization).
- At the end of the cycle, red indicator light will turn off indicating that knives are ready to use.
- Set your clean and dried knives into the clear knife holding rack (one knife per slot).
